ARE YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMERS USING THE FULL CAPACITY OF YOUR SYSTEM?

FFC² - helps you in all stages of the product life cycle

  • During product development

  • In the approval stage - type certification

  • In project planning

With FFC² you save time and money from development to application

Development

HAVING THE SYSTEM’S PERFORMANCE IN FOCUS

With FFC² you can perfectly accompany the development process of a scaffolding system or new components. Before you build the first prototype you are able to forecast how the complete system will behave in use. This means that the effects of the material selection, thickness and connection method to the overall system can be simulated in advance in FFC².

WITH FFC SUPPORT YOU DEVELOP FASTER AND MORE EFFECTIVELY

Early verification saves many prototypes and allows shorter and less development loops. Weak points in the system are identified at an early stage and are able to be corrected immediately.

Certification

ANALYSIS OF THE LOAD-BEARING BEHAVIOUR WITH VARIOUS MODELS

Due to the simple and quick adjustability of the calculation base, different models (e.g. connections) can be evalulated. Their effects on the entire system can be evaluated.

IN CASE OF SYSTEM SUPPLEMENTS
For the introduction of new components or modified parts, the respective simulations can also be carried out with ease. The entire system is always transparent and under full control.

Type Certificate

STRUCTURE DATA SHEET
The new approach to treating modular scaffolds!

Instead of testing single, dedicated erections (type sheets), our concept is checking the principles of the calculation ("element structure") for the dimensioning of any scaffold erection. Based on the consistent date each individual scaffolding application can be verified with the security of a type certificate.

DIMENSIONING SHEETS ARE RAPIDLY CREATED WITH FFC

The structural analysis is based on the master data of the respective scaffold system (system application) stored in the FFC² database. The load-bearing capacity of any scaffold structure is determined with a generally valid, fixed calculation base. Reports of the design for submission to the auditor are generated by FFC².

Projects

SCAFFOLD PLANNING

Whether you plan scaffolding as a service for your customers or your customers use FFC² to plan there scaffolds, a system application of your modular scaffold in FFC² will always provide you and your customers economic efficiency and safety.

REPORTS AND DOCUMENTATION
For all planned scaffolds you and your customers can generate the documentation according to given requirements (logistics, assembly or verification) at the click of a button.

YOUR SYSTEM APPLICATION IN FFC²

We will gladly discuss with you the possibilities to implement your modular scaffold in FFC².

YOUR CUSTOMERS BENEFITS

EARLY COST CONTROL

Thanks to the symplified planning the customer can already design and calculate very precisely in the bidding phase.

DESIGN & STATICS ALL IN ONE

The scaffold designed in the 3D configurator is transferred program-controlled into an element structure and its load-bearing capacity can be analysed directly in FFC².

FAST PLANNING

With the 3D configurator, your customers design a scaffold quickly. The utilisation control provides the certainty about how well the system is currently being used.

100% SAFETY

Even outside of standard applications, your customers get an excellent scaffold design with FFC². The stability and usability is certified in the provided reports.

SHORT TERM CHANGES

Changes can be realised quickly in the configurator, and calculation takes place subsequently. Verification reports are available at the click of a button. This can also be done directly on the construction site.

INDIVIDUAL VERIFICATIONS

Your customers can easily generate all relevant reports with FFC², from parts lists to detailed auditable reports.
