ALL IN ONE SYSTEM
Planning and Statics
CONFIGURATOR
Thanks to the integrated
3D configurator the planning is quick and easy
ELEMENT-STRUCTURE
The scaffold design is transferred automatically into an element structure
ANALYSIS
The element structure is analysed based on the components technical data
SmartScaff powered by FFC²
FFC² stands for Force Flow Configuration and Control - with FFC² you transfer the loads with optimum use of materials and full safety into the foundation
The programme has been especially developed for the use in shoring construction (design class B1) and helps the planner - with the integrated structure analysis - to see at once how good a scaffold design is.
Cost-effectiveness = FFC² - With FFC², material consumption can be optimised easily during the planning phase. Depending on the type of system scaffolding, up to 40% of material has already been saved, with 100% safety! This is how shoring becomes more and more costefficient.
FFC² works based on the existing technical data of all scaffold components and calculates according to "Second Order Theory". This ensures the highest model quality, calculation accuracy and reliability of results. All special verifications and non-linearities as well as the technical peculiarities and requirements of scaffold constructions according DIN EN 12812 are taken into account in FFC². The use of standard applications is therefore no longer necessary. You can check the load-bearing capacity of your planned scaffold directly, optimise it in an uncomplicated, program-supported way and check it again until you are satisfied with the result.
Developed by experts for experts - For use in technical offices, in work preparation, in engineering offices, of scaffold erectors and other providers of services related to shoring.

1. START - DATA - BIM
Transfer the data of the load object, the formwork and, if applicable, the scaffolding planned in CAD from your CAD programme into FFC² or start directly in FFC² and do all planning here.
In 6 steps to a ready-to-use scaffold
2. SYSTEM SELECTION
Select your preferred scaffolding system and configure the best scaffolding (DOKA, Hünnebeck, Ischbeck, PERI, etc.) in the 3D configurator.

3. LOAD TRANSFER - SUPPORTS
First position the supports where the loads can or must be carried.
4. CAPABILITY CHECK
Check the load-bearing behavior of the planned scaffolding immediately with the integrated structural analysis program.

5. OPTIMIZATION
Now optimize the framework in iterative steps until you have developed the best solution for your requirements.
6. REPORTS & INSTRUCTIONS
With a click you can print out the necessary reports, parts lists and instructions for assembly. The assembly can start!
